Refund and Return Policy

At Ethnic Sukoon, your satisfaction is our priority. We make sure every product is carefully checked before dispatch, but if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Policy:

• You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

• Returns are accepted only for size issues or defective/damaged products.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ethnicsukoon.com with your order details and reason for return.

Refund Policy:

• Once your return is approved and received, we will inspect the item.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy:

• If you wish to exchange for a different size or style, please mention it clearly while raising the return request.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-returnable items:
Certain items such as accessories, sale items, and custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange.
